Terms & conditions of use

These general terms of sale and use govern the framework in which FiveHeberg provides the service subscribed to by the customer. They are governed by Belgian law and may be supplemented by specific conditions.

Accessing the site means acceptance of these terms. FiveHeberg reserves the right to modify these conditions unilaterally at any time.

• User: any person using the site or one of the services offered.
• User content: data transmitted by the user within the site.
• Member: the identified user on the site.
• Login and password: information required for identification; the password is confidential.

Trademarks, logos and site content are protected. Any reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorisation from FiveHeberg is prohibited. The user is responsible for the content they publish.

Information requested at registration is required to create an account. The site ensures processing compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Belgian data protection legislation, in particular the law of 30 July 2018.

For complaints regarding your data, you may contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD).

The user is responsible for how they use site information and must keep their password secret. Prohibited actions include transmitting infected files, non-rights-cleared content, cryptocurrency mining and actions aimed at destabilising services.

The customer agrees to respect the host; abusive behaviour (insults, threats, etc.) may result in permanent account suspension.

FiveHeberg is not responsible for the content of external sites accessible via outbound links on the site.

An account is opened after completing the registration form and accepting the terms. The customer agrees to provide accurate information. A confirmation email is sent after account creation.

FiveHeberg endeavours to maintain services 24/7 without obligation of result. Interruptions may occur (maintenance, upgrades, technical reasons). FiveHeberg commits to providing a service consistent with professional standards.

Backups may be performed periodically; the customer remains responsible for their own data copies.

The site reserves the right to modify the clauses of this contract. The contract duration is indefinite from the start of service use.

Cancellation must be requested via the form below, from the email address linked to your client account. Provide your first name, last name, email, service number, desired cancellation date and a comment explaining your request.

Each request is processed within 72 business hours.

Each automatic renewal may be charged between 5 and 10 days before the expiry date. See also payment methods and unpaid reminders.

A payment method registered on the client account remains active while at least one service is active. It is kept to allow automatic renewal of subscribed services.

Once all services have expired or been cancelled, the customer may remove their payment method from the client area.

FiveHeberg may send reminders regarding documents presented as unpaid invoices. These are in fact purchase orders or quotes generated by our billing module. FiveHeberg does not claim payment of an invoice in the strict sense: these documents correspond to renewal proposals or orders awaiting payment.

Without a response from you, our system automatically resends these documents. This behaviour is inherent to the management module used and does not constitute a forced payment demand on our part.

If you receive unpaid invoice reminder emails but no longer want the service, open a ticket with support and request cancellation of the relevant purchase order.

For customers who stopped paying without requesting cancellation, a final invoice may be issued when the service expires. Without information from you, we cannot close this document: a reminder is then sent automatically. To avoid reminders, cancel via the cancellation form or contact us via a ticket.

Some plans include a community Patreon key (64 slots), not listed on official FiveM lists. FiveHeberg may modify or suspend this provision. No affiliation with Trustpilot, Rockstar, Patreon or CFX (FiveM).

FiveHeberg cannot be held liable for damage linked to causes outside its infrastructure. In case of intense DDoS attack, the service may be suspended to protect infrastructure. The customer must maintain their own backups.

Under applicable Belgian distance-selling law, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to legal exceptions (including when digital service execution has started with their express consent).

FiveHeberg additionally offers a commercial refund guarantee within 24 hours of payment (excluding cancelled or expired services), with pro-rata refund for the remaining period unless disputed. Same period applies to credit top-ups.

In case of dispute, the customer is invited to contact FiveHeberg first via a support ticket to seek an amicable solution.
