It depends on the plan: slots scale with RAM. On FiveM the included licence is 64 slots (your own licence = unlimited slots).

Panel → file manager (empty if needed) → Configuration → Advanced → Reinstall.

A FiveM plan = one FiveM server. FiveBox = a resource pool. You create several servers (different games) and split RAM, disk and CPU between them.

Unlimited on every plan, like CPU. The only limits are remaining RAM, disk and ports (at least 1 port per server).

Its resources (RAM, disk, CPU, ports, databases…) return to the pool. You can reuse them immediately for another game.

Yes: if the game’s minimum RAM / disk exceeds what you have left, the card is greyed out. Upgrade the pool or free a server.

Yes, gaming filtering is included. Stronger options and managed services can be offered case by case.

Automatic reminders are sent (often purchase orders or quotes). After prolonged non-payment, the service may be suspended then deleted. See the unpaid reminders article in our terms.

These emails usually concern purchase orders or quotes, not an invoice in the strict sense. If you no longer want the service, open a ticket from the client area to request cancellation, or use the cancellation form.

Yes. While a service is active, the payment method stays on file for automatic renewal. Once all services have expired or been cancelled, you can delete it from your client area. See also the payment methods article.

The statutory 14-day period does not apply to digital services (Belgian Code of Economic Law, Book VI, and Directive 2011/83/EU). FiveHeberg only refunds within 24 hours of payment, pro rata, as credits in the client area — never to the original payment method. To stop an active service, cancellation must be requested at least 6 days before the due date. Details: terms article 17.
